Modified building exterior for removal of existing Union 1,150 HP process steam boiler. Disconnected all components, rigged, lifted and removed boiler from site. Relocated 2,300 HP Simoneau process steam boiler with stack economizer. Oversaw soil borings for structural slab design, removed existing slab, excavated and installed new structural slab for 120,000 lb. flooded boiler. Piping systems included high pressure steam, condensate, steam header, feed water system, gas, blow-down and blow-down separator, exhaust stack, chemical skid, and boiler relief valves.
